This class runs every Monday - 4:30 pm @lifecolab, Parnell (11 York Street)
The class itself focuses on teaching the foundational development for athletic success. Through the Kids getting involved within a range of games, plyometrics, agility, coordination drills and strength training. Build a strong base to live and perform well as they grow up.
The class focus is for 12-16-year-old athlete's. With all of our programs targeted at increasing the qualities that lead to improved athleticism, health, and reduced injury rates. Whilst also being fully modifiable to each Teen's skill set.
Class capacity at this stage is capped at 8 kids/teens so that each of them will be a close-knit learning space & be safely monitored by myself as the trainer.
