No one person moves the same, lives the same lifestyle, share the same DNA  nor should two people have the exact same training programme to reach their goals. Hence why at Brookland Performance we don't just have one programme fits all. Each program is fully created by Exercise and Movement Specialist, Siggy Brookland. And  curated based on multiple factors, these include:

- Clients Movement Patterns

-Clients Postural Alignment 

- Injury History and current injuries 

- Lifestyle Factors 

- Training Goals 

Please Note: These plans are exercise program's and do not include In-Person Training Sessions. But, are available in conjunction with Personal or Online Training.

Prices are inclusive of a Compulsory 1-hour consultation session before the program commences. This can be in-person or online.
