Mobility is the ability to move our joints freely or through there a natural range of motion (ROM) effectively, safely and in a controlled manner. Mobility is not only fundamental to injury rehabilitation but also daily movement patterns in our daily tasks and training. As well as carrying a huge role in prehab routines for preventing injury in the first place (Prehab > than Rehab)
This is why Brookland Performance has a strong focus on enhancing movement patterns within our training plans and when working personally with our clients. We believe strongly in moving well to perform well.
