AN 8 WEEK, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU STRONGER, MORE TONED, AND MORE IN CONTROL OF YOUR STAMINA, STRENGTH, AND MOBILITY, IN A LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE WHERE YOU WILL  HAVE THE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT FROM OUR BRILLIANT COACHES.

 

THE PROGRAM WILL RUN EVERY TUESDAY & THURSDAY FROM 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM FOR AN 8 WEEK BLOCK. EACH WEEK WILL BE BROKEN DOWN INTO DIFFERENT PHASES KEEPING THE BODY GUESSING. THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT ONLY TRANSFORM YOUR BODY BUT EDUCATE YOU ON PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE SO YOU ARE CONFIDENT TO TAKE YOURSELF THROUGH THESE EXERCISES AT THE GYM.
