REFUNDS AND CANCELATION POLICY
A period of at least 24hrs (1 full day) notice must be given prior to session cancellations for a full refund. If a session is cancelled within the 24 hours leading up to the training session a refund will not be applicable.
Re-schedule (within a 7 day period and no later than 24 hours before the training session commences.) – I will try to my best to re-schedule at a time that suits your preference, however, this may not always be possible. If you cannot re-schedule within the 7 day period you will be charged for a half session.
Please note that all sessions must be paid for in advance ( If paying cash, must be payed at beginning of session).
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. The trainer will only wait 15 minutes of the full session (10 minutes for 40-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 40-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost (no refunds will be given for missed/late sessions)
PAR-Q & MEDICAL CLEARANCE
A medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer “yes” to any of the seven PAR-Q questions, then the Personal trainer reserves the right to require medical clearance from any client they feel may be at risk.
